Blue Book Voucher Competition – T&Cs
1. Competition entry is strictly over 18s.
2. The promoter is MXB Agency Belfast on behalf of Daybreak.
3. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
4. MXB Agency will collect information on behalf of Daybreak, for example, the winner’s name, home address, email address and contact number for the purpose of competition management and prize winner management.
5. Daybreak is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for the promotion. The prize will be fulfilled by MXB.
6. The competition is open to residents of Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Daybreak, MXB or their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
7. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is free.
8. To enter, like the Daybreak Facebook page (or follow the Daybreak Instagram page), and comment in the comments section of the post who you would share this voucher with.
9. Only comments under the competition post will be accepted as entry.
10. The winner will be determined at random from all entries.
11. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes.
12. One winner will receive a €250 Blue Book voucher.
13. Prizes may take up to 28 working days to arrive.
14. The competition will begin on 10.06.23 and will close on 17.06.23. No exceptions.
15. The Winner will be notified in the comments on 18.06.23.
16. Daybreak will never ask for your personal details as part of a public post or ask you to enter your details on an external site.
17. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
18. The winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the promoter in connection with the promotion without any further consent or payment.
19. The winner agrees to share their Surname, County and Region only, should another audience member request proof of winner selection. The winner can ask for this information to be retracted at any point after their win announcement.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Meta. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
21. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
22. All winner details will be sent to a third party to enable delivery of the prize to be arranged.
